Lack of Affordable Housing
Too many families are priced out of the communities they built, making stability and generational wealth harder to achieve.
Cultural Extraction
Our creativity, stories, and innovations are extracted for profit, while our communities receive little to none of the wealth.
Underinvestment in Institutions
